Lead with your heart, not your head.
The next time someone tells you to lead with your head and not your heart, don’t listen.
My purpose on this planet has never been, nor will it ever be, to follow. I am a leader by nature and have always done so through my heart. Why? Because I just knew it was the right way to live my life.
For those of us that do in fact lead with our heart and were raised with a parent that said to you, “lead with your head, not your heart,” and you chose to ignore them, I take this opportunity to commend you on that choice. Although I know once or twice in my life, only when I listened to the disbelief of others, I went off track.
Here is the proof that I (you) always knew instinctively.
The human heart is documented as the strongest generator of both electrical and magnetic fields in the body. This is important because we have always been taught that the brain is where the accomplishment is. The brain has an electrical field, it does have a magnetic field, but it is relatively weak compared to the heart. The heart is about 100 times stronger electrically and up to 5000 times stronger magnetically than the brain. This is important because the physical world as we know it are made up of those two fields. Electro-magnetic fields.
Physics now state, that if we can change either the magnetic field of an atom or the electrical fields of the atom, by doing such we change, literally change the matter that our bodies in this world are made of. The human heart is designed to change both the electrical field and the magnetic field of our bodies and our world. And we do so in response to the emotions that we create between our heart and our brain.
Now…if we break this down to the most simplistic theory, my theory and how I practice my particular style of coaching, if we open the heart while simultaneously retraining the brain electro-magnetically and we accomplish total harmony between the head and heart. In doing such, we are not only transforming ourselves, but it also sends a balanced positive energy out to others. Imagine that! How about that for genuine connection and transformation?
Love cannot exist with a head and a heart in conflict.
So, if you want to get lost, get lost in your heart, not your head.
You’ll be in my heart, always…LOVE
