Q: Is there a proper time to lie?
My Fiancé lies about really stupid things and when I confront him, he tells me it is to spare me discomfort and protect me. I am sincerely troubled about this and think if he is lying to me about such small details like a book or a CD, what is my life with him going to be like especially if something more important happens? Is there ever a proper time to lie to someone?
